WELLBEING ROADSHOWS BRING A NEW LEVEL OF SUPPORT FOR OLIVE TEAM MEMBERS

This year we were proud to launch our Wellbeing Roadshows which included ‘Mental Health for Line Managers’ training sessions for all of our team members who manage people. The wellbeing of our people has always been important for us at Olive and the sessions were attended by Olive’s 3 Co-Founders, 3 Directors, 14 Operations Managers and 150 Catering/Chef Managers.


The line management role is crucial to supporting our team members and being able to recognise the early warning signs of mental health struggles. Our line managers are equipped with the knowledge to spot signs, and an understanding of the resources we have available to support every team member and their mental health.


Olive’s fully trained Mental Health First Aiders also provide support and guidance to all team members, and our Health Assured Employee Assistance Program extends this support further with specialist 24/7 services. Team members have access to advice, support and counselling services via the Health Assured online platform.
