The aim is to develop new skills, utilise fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and keep abreast of new industry developments.

Our dedicated purchasing team is focussed on sourcing the finest ingredients at the best possible price through a purchasing strategy based around local, seasonal, sustainable sourcing. We have established independent supply agreements with both distributors and producers giving us full traceability, a guarantee of quality at every stage and the ability to obtain best prices by negotiating directly with producers.

Whether with clients, customers or Team Members, at Olive we believe in timely, effective communication. New initiatives and exciting ideas are positively promoted to our customers. Financial savings, efficiencies, sustainability issues and day-to-day matters are communicated to our clients regularly. In turn, we hold regular meetings with our catering teams to ensure consistency and understanding of our business goals.
