Last month saw an exciting evening of food and fun, with Olive providing catering for an event hosted by rugby stars Leicester Tigers and their CEO Simon Cohen.
One particular guest of note was Rory Underwood, England’s record breaking international try-scorer and Leicester Tigers’ irrepressible wingman, who was recently called one of “the top 10 rugby wingers of all time” by Sir Ian McGeechan.
Olive provided an amazing array of delicacies during the evening, which was held at PKF Cooper Parry in Derby. Guests were served delights such as Truffle Infused Goats Cheese Mousse, Citrus Cured Seared Salmon, and an East Midlands Cheeseboard, and were all sent on their way at the end of the evening with a specially created chocolate rugby ball - “a sweet end to the game”.
