Olive Catering came away winners in the business & industry category with contract manager, Paul Toms, collecting the award for outstanding achievements at Capital One, Nottingham.
The award, announced at a Gala Dinner on Tuesday 11 November, celebrates the unit manager who excels at what they do in the B&I sector of the contract catering industry. The judges were clearly impressed by Paul’s leadership of the team at Capital One and the superb work by them to introduce the many innovative food concepts and multitude of sustainability initiatives at site.
