Olive Catering recognised in two categories at the Leicestershire Business Awards 2008
Leicestershire, UK. 21 April 2008 - Olive Catering has been recognised in two award categories at the Leicestershire Business Awards 2008. Olive, previous winners of the New Business of the Year Award in 2007, were finalists in both Sales & Marketing and Success Through People award categories at the prestigious Leicestershire Business Awards 2008 gala dinner on 19 April 2008.
Eileen Richards, one of the judges for the Success Through People award said:
“Clearly, Olive is a very people focused company. Their emphasis on training, development and making the workplace a rewarding environment has paid dividends in terms of staff moral and retention. It was notable that the key messages delivered by the founders were echoed, unprompted by the rest of the team. ”
Mary-Ann Kilby, one of the judges for the Sales & Marketing award said:
“Olive’s growth over the last three years has been spectacular. We were also particularly impressed with their marketing packages, such as Team Fresh, which act as both promotional packages within their education contracts and also help to differentiate Olive from their competition.” |
Sally-Ann Bradley, Co-Founder of Olive Catering, said:
