MIRA Test Drives Olive Catering

Leicestershire, UK.  19 June 2007 – Olive Catering have secured their 57th contract at automotive services company MIRA.

Olive Catering Services, who won the award for New Business of the Year at the 2007 Leicestershire Business awards, has secured its 57th contract, at automotive services company MIRA, as it celebrates its third anniversary.

MIRA, based near Hinckley, South Leicestershire, provides car manufacturers with testing, certification and measurement services.

With an onsite team of five, Olive will now cater breakfast and lunch five days a week for 400 staff in a year long contract valued at £170,000.  In addition, Olive will supply extensive hospitality to MIRA’s blue chip automotive clients when visiting the Nuneaton site.

Olive co-founder Damon Brown, said: “It is fantastic to have won this prestigious client almost three years to the day after we started the company.”   

The win caps a successful start to 2007 for Olive that, with the MIRA contract, has seen it add £1.8 million worth of business during the period, with turnover for the full year forecast to exceed £6.5 million.
