We are passionate about producing fantastic food and care deeply about what our customers think of it. Our food and menus are customised for each site and incorporate both traditional and modern trends. However, consistent across all of our business, our food is:

In addition, we continuously work with our chefs and suppliers to drive down the level of salt in all our food in line with our DoH, Responsibility Deal pledge
* Our Food Innovation Team has developed a programme of practical workshops called ‘a Bite of Olive’ with the aim to develop new skills and utilise fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients
