Bradley
Sally-Ann has more than twenty years experience in the
contract catering sector beginning with a large multinational
before moving on to work for a Midlands based independent
contract catering company. In 2001, she was made
Director responsible for the West Midlands region including
52 contracts with annual turnover of £12m.

Damon
Brown
Damon discovered his passion for food during schoolwork
experience working in a hotel kitchen when he was 15. Having
worked his way up to Head Chef in an upmarket restaurant
in the East Midlands, he became Contract Manager at a large
site near Rugby before joining a Midlands based contract
caterer as Area Manager. In the latter years, he
moved in to business development.
"I am passionate about fresh raw ingredients and I
have always thrived on the challenge of introducing classic
cooking methods and fresh foods into the contracts where
I have worked. It
is so pleasing to be working with Colleagues who share
my absolute passion for fresh and exciting foods. We
