Sally-Ann has more than twenty years experience in the contract catering sector beginning with a large multinational before moving on to work for a Midlands based independent contract catering company.   In 2001, she was made Director responsible for the West Midlands region including 52 contracts with annual turnover of £12m.

Damon BrownDamon Brown

Damon discovered his passion for food during schoolwork experience working in a hotel kitchen when he was 15.   Having worked his way up to Head Chef in an upmarket restaurant in the East Midlands, he became Contract Manager at a large site near Rugby before joining a Midlands based contract caterer as Area Manager. In the latter years, he moved in to business development.

"I am passionate about fresh raw ingredients and I have always thrived on the challenge of introducing classic cooking methods and fresh foods into the contracts where I have worked.   It is so pleasing to be working with Colleagues who share my absolute passion for fresh and exciting foods.   We are in a privileged position to be able to pass on this enthusiasm to our Team Members".

Andrew Norrie Andrew Norrie

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant who began his career with Coopers & Lybrand. After qualifying, he moved into the Corporate Finance arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers.  In 2000/01, Andrew took part as a full crew member in the BT Global Challenge known as 'The World's Toughest Yacht Race' as it is the only yacht race to sail round the world against the prevailing winds and currents.

"On my return from the race, I was determined to use the lessons I learned together with my financial and commercial training to help start and build a new enterprise.   I feel enormously privileged to be part of this team that is really making a difference."
